Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Olga Alexandrova, an internal medicine specialist, announced that tea without sugar and without other sweeteners is more beneficial to health.
In an interview with the Russian “Prime” news agency, she points out that tea without sugar and other sweeteners can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and even cancer.
This includes all types of tea. But we must be wary of herbal teas. She says: “Eating three cups of green tea a day leads to a lower risk of prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, cardiovascular disease, as well as severe cases of stroke and myocardial infarction.”
