Exercise routine for lower abdomen – Trends – Life

The lower part of the abdomen is considered the area where the most fat accumulates, when exercising it becomes one of the biggest challenges to tone this area.

It should be noted that there are no tricks or magic recipes that help with the elimination of fat in this areaso a healthy diet and consistency will be essential.

According to Vogue magazine, traditional abs are not as effective when it comes to working this area. It should be noted that this area is made up of various muscle groups that need to be worked on independently.

Localized fat in the lower abdomen area can be caused by several factors. Ana de la Peña, instructor at the Yoofit Boutique Gym Experience center, points out that: “There are people who find it more difficult to regulate their appetite and, therefore, do not finish with the results they wanted. The good news is that it can be controlled.”

The instructor also points out that factors such as hormones, stress, and a sedentary lifestyle can cause people to have difficulties in losing abdominal fat.

To tone the area, the expert recommends doing 2 rounds of between 15 and 20 repetitions for each exercise, only two or three times a week.
