Robbie Fowler, Liverpool’s historical scorer, revealed that he wished the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah to leave the club last summer, as the latter is close to breaking the first historical number as the top scorer for the Red Club in the English Premier League.
Salah scored the winning goal for Liverpool against Manchester City on Sunday to reach the number 121 in the English Premier League, and only 7 goals separate him from the equation of Fowler’s number, and it is expected that Mohamed will break the number this season.
