1- Airport Services Officer.
(Airport Services Duty Officer)
– Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an airline or ground handling operations.
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to perform tasks under pressure while maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
Good understanding of conditions of carriage and international civil aviation safety and security procedures.
– High level of computer literacy.
Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
2- Office assistant.
(Junior Office Assistant)
High school diploma or above.
– At least two years work experience.
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to promote teamwork among team members.
Ability to process and work with confidential information and manage self-management tasks
3- Senior Sales Operations Representative.
(Senior Sales Operations Agent)
– Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
1 year experience in related fields, preferably (reservations/ticketing, sales support).
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Good knowledge of airline operations (eg pricing/distribution technology), systems (eg Amadeus, GDSes) and the travel industry in general
