On August 7, 2020, the manager of a food store in Flémalle had been invited to a regular customer to chat and consume a little alcohol. The young girl then denounced having been raped by the defendant, who also allegedly attacked her sexual integrity.
The victim had reported that the defendant had made her drink a lot of alcohol and that she had found herself unable to give her consent or refuse sexual relations. She was found with bruises around her neck and on her body.
His DNA identified
The defendant initially denied any relationship. But his DNA was identified on a genetic material survey. He then claimed that the relationship was consensual.
