Launched by DiabetesVaud, the countryside of French-speaking Switzerland MAYbe Less Sugar wants to help everyone answer this question. By an online calculator, which allows you to easily assess your personal consumption of added sugars, these “empty calories” contained in many foods. But also through this “Dry May”, a less sweet month punctuated by events, which will return each year and which has the ambition to spread across Sarine from 2024.
