An average family consumes 3.5 MWh per year, so Nico’s meter is running backwards. Last year, Nico took the meter reading himself and thinks he gave the wrong numbers. But Engie does not seem to be going in his direction. Contacted by our colleagues, the supplier indicates that the 2021 statement, although incorrect, has been validated by the distribution network manager, Fluvius. Engie contacted the latter so that the error could be confirmed and corrected, in order to send a correct invoice to Nico.
