Jennifer Aniston was obsessed with sports in order to have a healthy and slim body. This obsession even made the star of the series ‘Friends’ push his body beyond its limits.

Now this 54-year-old actress has ‘repented’. He no longer wants to overstrain his body for intense and strenuous exercise every day and prefers to do light exercises with small but routine movements.

“Exercise that I used to do is very tiring and painful,” said Jennifer, as reported by Today.

“Earlier my brain told myself if I don’t exercise for 45 minutes, I don’t sweat much, then it’s not enough. I tell my body to follow suit… and over time, destroying my body, pushing my body that hard will only lessen the results. And as long as I do still alive, I want to be able to move!” he added.

He also advises his fans to do small exercises every day. For example gymnastics, aerobics or walking no more than 30 minutes.

“Just practice 10 to 20 minutes, you can do anything for that. If you start to enjoy it, that’s another thing,” said the ex-wife of Brad Pitt. There are separate reasons why Jennifer no longer wants to strengthen her body. He wants when he enters his older age, his body condition is still healthy and fit so that he doesn’t need to use assistive devices for activities.

“When I’m 75 years old, 85 years old, I don’t want to be in a wheelchair. I don’t want someone to have to pick me up and take me to the bathroom,” he concluded.
