Deplorable events occurred this Tuesday evening in the Ypres station area. According to HNB, a Jewish man and woman were attacked as they wanted to cross between the park and the station at around 6:15 p.m.

A witness told our colleagues that “the Jews were suddenly arrested and threatened by a group of young people. They appeared to be of Arab origin and were shouting in a foreign language. One of them started chasing the Jews and hitting them with a sack, and they started running. Passersby tried to intervene and offer help. The police also arrived on the spot.”
