The revelation was made a few days ago when the father of a 3-year-old girl was playing with the daughter and she, holding the doll, said to her: “I will lock you in the closet, turn off the lights and pull the latch.”
The father, surprised by his daughter’s words, asked her what she was saying and if she had heard them somewhere. The little girl then replied: “That’s what the lady does to us.”
The parents of the child according to e-evros, the next day in the morning they went to the kindergarten in order to talk to the particular teacher. As it happened, they reported the incident to her and asked her if such a thing was true. To their great surprise, the teacher confirmed it by saying that the children enter the specific area to “calm down”!
The two parents in a state of shock left the school and contacted the mayor of Alexandroupolis, Yiannis Zamboukis, as it is a municipal daycare center. The Mayor assured them from the first moment that he will be by their side, there will be no cover-up and all procedures will be initiated in order to remove this particular teacher from her duties, as it was done.
What is worth noting is that when the rest of the parents were informed regarding what is happening in the specific department, “Aeolos’ bag opened”.
The children started talking and describing what they experienced. Some spoke of a chair to which he tied them, some of a latch that they heard him close when he put them in the storage room, and others manifested strange behaviors that until now the parents might not explain.

Both teachers who were in the specific department were removed from the school, although for the second one most parents speak of an excellent teacher, removing her from the “frame”.
For her part, the director, who claims from the first moment that she knew nothing of everything the parents are complaining regarding, is trying to manage the whole situation and requests that the whole case be investigated in depth.
The only thing that is certain is that it is a case that concerns small children, vulnerable and in need of our protection and love, not arbitrary and irresponsible actions. Our society is called upon to learn from this example and strengthen surveillance and security measures at all levels of education.
