The project has a scale of construction on about 120,836m2 of land with about 50% of residential land, the rest is land for trade and services, land for traffic, parking, land for planting trees, water surface.

The project is built with products such as detached houses, townhouses with garden, commercial houses, social housing, combined pedestrian streets. night market.

Thereby, in order to provide new products for Da Lat tourism, contribute to embellish the urban architecture, complete the landscape environment in the direction of modern civilization.

The project implementation period is expected to be from 2023-2027, the operation term of the investment project is 50 years from the date the State issues a decision on land allocation or land lease.

According to the People’s Committee of Da Lat city, the current land situation in the project area is about 164 houses with more than 240 households living.

This area was originally agricultural land, and people’s farming activities have polluted the downstream area of ​​Xuan Huong Lake.
