During a meeting between Lebanese government officials and officials of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), the Lebanese side demanded that a procedure be initiated to draw the land borders with Israel, the newspaper reported. The Israeli channel N12 reported last week that Israel had sent a message to the Lebanese Shiite movement asking it to remove its tents, installed in Israeli territory.
The day before, the member of Hezbollah in the Lebanese parliament, Mohammed Raad, had signified his refusal to evacuate the tents, as requested by the UN. “If the enemy doesn’t want war, keep calm,” he said.
