In conversation with BioBioChile, the woman recounted the facts, the measures that she will adopt and accused no response from the site. A woman reported that her 9-month-old daughter sustained neck injuries after being roughly grabbed by a nursing assistant in the Clinic RedSalud Santiago. After what happened, he confirmed that he is evaluating legal action against the health facility.

in conversation with BioBioChileBelén Campos reported that her youngest daughter, Leonor, entered the clinic because she had a fever and that after carrying out the pertinent tests, her hospitalization was decreed for at least 48 hours, since she had to receive intravenous medication.
On the morning of the second day, staff came to the room to tell her that they needed to bathe the infant. While they lathered her up, an assistant from the compound left the water running to wait for it to come out hot.

“When they came with the jug of water, I thought it already came with hot water. Then The lady grabs Leonor by the neck and puts her on her back with her head in the sink so that the other girl (a nursing technician) throws the water at her”he recounted.

Campos accused that until she was discharged no one contacted her to find out details of what happened and that, even when she was hospitalized, she called the Carabineros, who would have told her that she could not verify injuries because she was in a private area.
After insisting with the police, officers issued a complaint with their story and the photographs they took of the minor after what happened.
