Raquel Hermida Leyenda, attorney for Nahir galarza, revealed this Saturday that the young woman sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime of her boyfriend, and that he has just denounced his father as the material author of the crime, “he’s in very bad” spirits. He also announced that he will meet with her “to see the security measures that must be taken so that both Nahir and his mother and I are safe.”
The lawyer remarked: “I complied with an order that my client gave me, nothing more. I complied with that order and did not make the matter public, in principle I want to speak with her”. He also stated that “I am going to speak personally with Nahir and stay until I declare everything she knows and everything she lives so that measures are taken.”
Nahir Galarza is 23 years old and was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2018, when she was 19 years old, for the murder of Fernando Pastorizzo, in the entrerriana city of Gualeguaychú. He is currently serving a sentence in Penal Unit 6 Concepción Arenal, in Paraná.

Likewise, Galarza’s lawyer denounced former prosecutor Sergio Condoni Caffa and former Galarza defenders Víctor Revosio and Horacio Dargainz as cover-ups for the crime. He also made a complaint for child sexual abuse against the young woman’s paternal uncle.
