REGENCY of Sidoarjo Ahmad Muhdlor Ali respects the decision of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to determine him as a suspect in the case of cutting incentives within the Sidoarjo Regional Tax Service Agency (BPPD).
“We respect the decision issued by the Corruption Eradication Commission. I also ask for prayers from all the people of Sidoarjo,” said Muhdlor after halal bihalal at Pendopo Delta Wibawa Sidoarjo, Tuesday morning (16/4).
Regarding further legal steps, Muhdlor will hand it over to the legal team. Including the possibility of filing a pretrial hearing.
“Regarding further steps, details will be provided later by our team of lawyers,” he said.
“Because there is still a lot that can be done in the rule of law, in general we respect the decisions issued by the Corruption Eradication Commission,” he added.
As is known, Regent Ahmad Muhdlor was named a KPK suspect in the case of cutting incentives within the Sidoarjo BPPD. The Corruption Eradication Committee Spokesperson for Enforcement and Institutions, Ali Fikri, said that the suspect was determined, Tuesday (16 April).
