Rabie K. filed a lawsuit before the Family Court in the Fifth Settlement, to demand the divorce of his wife, Sahar. H, after only two months of marriage.
The husband says in his lawsuit: I got married to Sahar H. two months ago, and after the wedding, I did not find an amount of money that I had left in the apartment, and after repeating the incident of the disappearance of money in the house, I realized that my wife was behind these actions, until she deliberately left sums of money in certain places inside the apartment. In fact, I found her taking that money without my knowledge.
The husband adds in his lawsuit: I was deeply shocked by my wife’s behavior, as our lives did not last long for her to do these unhealthy behaviors.
And the husband continued: I endured so much and resisted her actions so as not to despair, and I hoped to help her put an end to her behaviour; She even asked me one day to go to my workplace and sit as a cashier to get rid of the emptiness.
The husband concluded: I watched my wife take money from my shop, until I decided to get rid of her and give her all her necessities, but she refused, so I resorted to the family court, and filed a divorce case that carried No. 283 for the year 2021, and it is still pending until now, and it has not been decided.
