That the start-up scene developed well during the crisis is shown not only by the increasing numbers among young companies, but also by the investments in start-ups. A prime example of this is the Viennese tutoring company GoStudent, which was again able to secure 300 million euros from investors. This is the highest investment in Austria that has ever been made for a start-up, according to GoStudent.
