Following the vision of restoration of institutions dear to the President of the Transition, President of the Republic, Head of State, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema and under the guidance of the Minister of the Civil Service, Louise Boukandou Moussavou, who advocates performance , the School of Preparation for Administrative Careers (EPCA), has, for the first time in its history, initiated a training workshop intended for its senior executives.

“The restoration of this school begins with the training of senior managers so that they acquire the necessary tools to manage the performance of the establishment”indicated Rodrigues Mikolo Banaka, director general of the EPCA.

Appointed by the Council of Ministers on December 28, 2023, these directors and heads of services will address the different modules relating to their respective responsibilities from February 22 to 24, 2024. From leading a team to developing a dashboard, improving performance, developing compliance and managing processes, etc., participants will become familiar with all the necessary management tools.

“The manager must ensure the conformity of his results”, said Jean Juste Nang, trainer at JPRIM consulting. For him, it is thanks to the EPCA that “the administration must have exemplary staff”.

This training will enable EPCA, a large 46-year-old school, to better meet future challenges.

“We will soon have the school entrance exam, this competition must be managed transparently, dynamically by staff prepared for this exercise”indicated Mr. Mikolo Banaka.
