Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Amal Kenana, a clinical nutritionist, commented on Dr. Mohsen Nadi’s tweet about the benefits of cardamom.

She added: Cardamom is one of the materials that can be used with sweet food and salty food, and its presence in our lives has become natural and normal, but the problem is in large quantities.

And Dr. Mohsen Nadi wrote on his Twitter account: “Chewing a grain of cardamom is useful in treating intestinal disorders and cases of irritable bowel syndrome, reduces symptoms of colds and coughs, is useful in cases of bronchitis, and is useful in treating mouth ulcers and sore throats. It helps in treating infections.” The tract is appetizing and goes away gases and abdominal sounds.”
