Al-Marsad newspaper: Nutritionist Farah Al-Fayoumi revealed the benefits of eating a tablespoon of sesame daily

The nutritionist said in a video clip: “Sesame contains a huge amount of calcium, 7 times more. One tablespoon of sesame is equal to 7 cups of milk, and it is good for bones and teeth.”

She added: “It reduces roughness and arthritis, contains a large amount of iron and magnesium, treats anemia, and reduces blood sugar and high pressure, in addition to cholesterol.”

She continued: “It contains a high amount of selenium, so it is suitable for patients with the disease, and it contains methionine and copper, both of which help reduce gray hair.”
