Al-Youm Al-Sabaa TV provided special coverage on the second phase of university coordination and all its details, dates and procedures, which will start tomorrow morning, Thursday.
Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, said that the second stage of coordination begins tomorrow, Thursday, with the same controls as the coordination of the first stage, explaining that it continues until Monday, August 22, and receives 269 thousand and 2 students, with a minimum of 246 degrees for the scientific section, and for the literary section 238 degrees.
This came during a press conference held by Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education, to announce the results of the coordination of the first phase of university admission, in the presence of Mr. Atta, the supervisor of the work of the coordination office, and Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and official spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education, in addition to a number of ministry leaders.
And the electronic coordination website closed the door for registration and modification of desires to students at exactly seven o’clock yesterday evening, Tuesday, after the registration was opened since Thursday, August 11, as the coordination work for the first stage began with a minimum of 365 degrees or more, i.e. 89.02% or more for students Science Division with a total of 22475 students.
The minimum for the engineering division in the first stage of coordination scored 341 degrees or more, or 83.17% or more, with a total number of 15,220 students. As for the literary division, 264.5 degrees or more, or 64.51% or more, with a total number of students 80063, and the total number of first stage students in all divisions reached 117,758 students.
