The famous list rewarded 150 traditional recipes from different parts of the world.
National proud! Chile managed to stay with a position within the ranking that includes the 150 most legendary restaurants in the world and its iconic dishes. As they reveal in their websiteeach meal “offers a unique gastronomic journey worth embarking on at least once in a lifetime.”
Within this list is Chile with the galindo restaurantlocated in the Bellavista sector in Santiago since it was founded in 1968. The place was crowned with the rank 67 with its delicious preparation of corn cake.
According to the creators of the ranking, “these are not just places to enjoy a meal, but destinations in their own right, comparable to the most famous museums, galleries and monuments in the world. Each has stood the test of time, eschewing fad gimmicks in favor of high-quality, traditional cuisine.”
