The great knowledge is leisurely, the small knowledge is leisurely. The big talk is Yan Yan, the small talk is Zhan Zhan. His sleep is full of souls, and his consciousness is open. It is built with connection, and the heart fights with it every day. Man, cellar, secret. The small fear is apprehension, the big fear is silence. Its hair is like a machine, which is called right and wrong; its retention is like a cursed alliance, which is called defending victory. Its killing is like autumn and winter, to say that it will disappear with each passing day; its drowning has been done so that it cannot be revived; its disgust is like being silent, which is to say that it is old and tired; its heart is close to death, and it cannot be revived. Joy, anger, sorrow and joy, worry and sigh change into confusion, Yao Yi’s state of mind. The joy brings out the deficiency and steams into bacteria. Day and night pass in front of each other, but I don’t know what they are cute about. Already, already! I got this at dawn and dusk, how come it happened!
“Great knowledge is leisurely”, a truly wise person has scope and moral standards. In other words, Xianxian refers to a clear and coherent thought; true wisdom can understand everything clearly, draw boundaries, trace the source, and understand everything clearly. “Xiao Zhi Xian Xian”, a small clever person, Xian Xian, playing tricks, understanding a little bit, he thinks it is great. That’s a limited company after all. No, it’s Xiaozhi.
“Big words are inflamed”, people who talk big words speak, this “inflamed” should not be taken as meaning inflammation. Flame refers to the light of fire. The fire burns very hard and the light is very bright, so it is also the light of fire. Speaking big words and great principles is equivalent to shining light and moving the earth. “Xiao Yan Zhan Zhan”, Xiao Daozhan Zhan Zhan, seems to be established, but it is not the truth.
“The soul is in harmony while sleeping, and the body is open in sleep.” Sleeping means sleeping. Many elderly people cannot sleep. According to the principle of Chinese medicine and health care, the reason why the elderly cannot sleep is because fire and water do not harmonize with each other. Why don’t fire and water help each other? Because the heart and kidneys are not in harmony. The fire in the heart, the fire of thoughts and emotions, cannot sink, and the kidney water cannot rise. Kidney water is hormones, vitamins, etc. If there is not enough, kidney water cannot rise, resulting in heart and kidney disharmony and inability to sleep.
The way to maintain health is to cultivate the spleen and stomach first, calm the mind, and fall asleep naturally. Therefore, the elderly people love to sleep, which is a sign of longevity. If fire and water are not in harmony, it means that the heart and kidneys cannot communicate with each other. In theory, the soul is separated. The soul is the soul, which is the thought and will. Po is physiological, including Qi! Blood! Muscles! Hormones! Nutrition! Vitamins! The sum of proteins, etc. is called soul.

“The great knowledge is leisurely, the small knowledge is leisurely; the big words are passionate, and the small words are Zhanzhan; the soul is connected while sleeping, and the body is open to consciousness.” The first two sentences talk about the realm of wisdom and knowledge; the middle two sentences talk about speaking. Realm; the last two sentences talk about the realm of sleeping and waking up; these six sentences may seem irrelevant, but now you will understand. The six sentences are actually related. People with sufficient spirit will have high wisdom. People with high energy will have great wisdom. Those who do not have sufficient spirit will only have small wisdom. A person who has enough air is a big talker, and a person who is not enough is a petty talker. This all comes from two things, Shen and Qi. Therefore, I overuse my thoughts, write too many articles, and cannot sleep if my soul and soul are not intertwined. If you practice your Qi more and nourish your Qi, you will definitely fall asleep when you have enough Qi. The Qi absorbs the soul back, and the person falls asleep. The following describes a person who thinks too much and is overly focused and his soul is separated.

I sit there and think wildly. “Cellar owner”, what should I do if I make money? Alas! It’s unreliable to put it in a bank, but it’s better to put it in a certain company and get 40% interest. Hey! It’s unreliable, so I’d better put it in the safe… I kept making up my mind. “Secret Man”, sometimes he wants to laugh, but you ask him why he is laughing? Ah…nothing, he kept it secret there. Man, cellar, and secret, Zhuangzi said, “Every day is a struggle with the heart.” You are making trouble there, and you are fighting in your heart.
“The small fear is apprehension, the big fear is unobstructed. The term “terror” is also used in Buddhism, and this is what is mentioned in the Heart Sutra. A person lives in fear every day, fearing that he has lost his money, fearing that he is sick, fearing that he has nothing to do, fearing that he has nothing to eat, and it is a headache all day long. Zhuangzi described it this way, there is no happy day in life.
“It’s like a machine, and it tells right and wrong.” When it starts to move in a thought, it’s like pressing a switch with your finger. If this organization makes a slight move on a small issue, it will cause big troubles, and then it will turn into a lot of right and wrong. What if the switch doesn’t point outward? “It’s like a cursed alliance, and it’s called a “cursed alliance”. Those who stay inside are like a “cursed alliance”. They are making trouble there, and they are quarreling, fighting, and filing lawsuits in their hearts.
“It is also called “keeping victory”. What is “keeping victory”? Taoism explains it as “weariness of winning”. For example, if you are unlucky today and go to the Benefactor Guan Di Temple on Minquan East Road, buy two bananas, some incense sticks, and some steamed buns, and go to pay your respects, it is also a sign of being tired of winning. Or ask someone to draw a talisman and put it at home, or go and light a lamp somewhere! There are many temples in the countryside. Countryside people often do this when they go to the Chenghuang Temple on Chengdu Road and pack a bag of incense ashes back, which is called being tired of winning. The principle of being tired of winning is to get rid of the bad side. All day long, you always want to achieve real victory in life and achieve the goal of success.
“The killing is like autumn and winter, to say that it will disappear; it is the result of drowning; it cannot be revived; the disgust is like silence, which is to say that it is old and tired; the heart is close to death, and it cannot be revived. “It kills like autumn and winter, just like it disappears with each passing day.” People live their whole lives in this psychological state. How pitiful! I don’t know that this kind of situation is a suicide trick, which will lead to my early death. Just like autumn and winter, everything dies quickly. Our lives are originally very long, so why do they wither so quickly like leaves in autumn? Just like winter, all the birds in the mountains are gone, and all the people are gone! It is the loss of life caused by internal fighting among oneself. When life is almost exhausted, people are old.
“What you do by drowning cannot be restored.” What is consumed and lost cannot be restored. “It’s disgusting like being silent, and it’s like being old and tired.” His soul and spirit are gone, so he hates everything in this world. He is extremely discouraged and seals his mouth. He doesn’t bother to answer any questions and shakes his head. No more interest. “Don’t let the mind that is about to die return to Yang.” The mind that is about to die has no yang energy at all. In this passage, Zhuangzi describes how people consume their own spirit and energy and reach that pitiful state.
