From the ranks of D.I.M.E.A. administrative fines were imposed pursuant to relevant legislation, totaling 30,750 euros. The total amount of financial damage to the trademark owners amounts to 825,519 euros.

The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Organized Crime Department of the General Regional Police Directorate of Crete.
