Yuki Tsunoda (Scuderia AlphaTauri) spoke about his enthusiasm for the 2022 F1 Round 14 Belgian Grand Prix.

Yuki Tsunoda scored points in the opening round and scored three points in the opening rounds, but before the summer break he had seven straight races with no points, and the gears of the race weekend continued to be inconsistent.

During the summer vacation, he said that he was able to refresh his mind while training, and is increasing his motivation for the second half of the race, which will start from the F1 Belgian Grand Prix.

“I spent a lot of time training, but I had a really good time during the break,” said Yuki Tsunoda.

“In the first week I went to a training facility in Austria, talked to a sports psychologist, worked with a physio. I also enjoyed the wakehord and other activities.”

“I spent probably 70% of my time training, but I know what works for me and I don’t like to completely reset during breaks. I was able to relax and have a wonderful time without thinking about it.It was fun.”

“Although I only got my first taste of the changes to Spa in the simulator, I don’t think the corner layout has changed much and I am looking forward to experiencing it. That run-off area is now gravel, of course I love the track, especially the medium and high speed corners, definitely one of the best tracks on the calendar and in my top 5 is inside”

“My approach to the race weekend hasn’t changed since the first half, but in terms of expectations, I want to reset my mind and try to get back to zero. I feel stronger and refreshed.”
