Al Meera Consumer Goods Company announced / announced, according to the external law firm, the judgment in Case 2022 1327.
The appellant is Al Meera Company against the appellant Mr. Muhammad Nasser Al-Qahtani, and the Civil Court of Appeal decided on 11/28/2022 in Appeal No. 1327/2022 to accept the appeal in form and uphold the appealed judgment, and obligated the appellant to pay the expenses, and in the grievance to accept it in form and reject it, and obligated the appellant to pay the expenses . Note that the appealed ruling (initial) decided to compensate Mr. Muhammad Nasser Al-Qahtani with the amount received by each member of the Board of Directors for the years 2019 and 2020, with a total amount of 1,650,000, in addition to an amount of 100,000 riyals as compensation. Al Meera is currently conducting cassation procedures.
