[アンカラ 24日 ロイター] – Turkey’s anti-immigration Victory Party leader Ozda announced on Thursday that he would endorse the main opposition coalition candidate, Kurchidaroglu, in the presidential run-off on March 28.
The Victory Party won 2.2% of the vote in the parliamentary elections on March 14.
Far-right nationalist Oan, who came in third with 5.2% of the vote in the first round, announced his support for incumbent Erdogan on Tuesday.
Ozder’s endorsement could provide a boost to Kulchidaroglu, who was second in the first round of voting.
