Reactions are well underway following the fire which took place in Kaolack where the populations dug up the corpse of a suspected homosexual and burned it. Like many Senegalese who deplored this situation, Mamadou Lamine Diallo said he did not “agree with what the young people did in Kaolack, digging up and burning a corpse.” According to him, “This is in opposition to our religious morality and the law; but remains the direct consequence of the weakening of the rule of law and values in our country under the governance of Macky Sall. The debate on the agenda LGBT must be done in the National Assembly to take the full measure of the problem among the people. “What are BBY, Macky Sall, Amadou Ba and the others afraid of?”, asked Mamadou Lamine Diallo in a published post on his Facebook page.
