Be sure to eat it daily.. Detecting a famous fruit that lowers harmful cholesterol levels in the body

Al-Marsad newspaper: American researchers revealed that avocados lower levels of harmful cholesterol in the body.

A study was conducted at the Universities of Pennsylvania, Loma Linda, Tufts, California and Wake Forest, on 1,000 obese and overweight people, half of whom were asked to eat one avocado per day for 6 months, while the other half of the sample was encouraged to continue their traditional way of eating, according to Medical News Today website.

The study showed that eating avocado can help reduce weight, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference.

The researchers pointed out that those who ate one avocado a day for half a year decreased harmful cholesterol levels in their bodies.
