Casablanca Stock Exchange indexes rise by the end of Monday’s trading

direct: The Casablanca Stock Exchange ended trading today, Monday, with an increase in its two main indices.

The MASI index rose by 0.91 percent to 9,806.32 points, gaining 88.33 points.

The Morocco 20 index “MSI20” rose by 0.9 percent, at 782.33 points, with a gain of 6.95 points, compared to its dealings in the previous session.

The Casablanca Stock Exchange index rose with the rise of 10 sectoral indices, led by joint-stock companies by 5.56 percent, and communications rose by 3.33 percent.

On the other hand, the indices of 10 sectors declined, led by chemistry by 5.85 percent, and forestry and paper declining by 3.46 percent.

The value of trading during today’s session amounted to 49.9 billion dirhams, and Attijariwafa bank won the largest share, achieving 27.03 billion dirhams, followed by Marsa Al-Maghrib, achieving 4.96 million dirhams.

The market capital at the end of today’s trading amounted to 514.54 billion dirhams, and the fulfillment insurance accounted for 5.99 billion dirhams of it, followed by the astrologer of Twisite, with a value of 5.96 billion dirhams.

Stockvis North Africa topped the list of the highest gainers during today’s session by 6 percent, and SNiP rose by 5.96 percent.

While Stockvis North Africa shares led the lowest by 6 percent, and SNiP fell by 5.96 percent.
