[Kiev / Washington, 17th Archyde.com]–The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg expressed concern on the 17th that Ukraine is increasingly violating the standstill agreement.

“These moves to violate the standstill agreement could be used as an excuse for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said in an interview with CNN.

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Kreva said on the 17th that it was confirmed that there was a bombardment from a tank of a pro-Russian faction in eastern Ukraine.

Prior to this, it was reported that there was a bombardment sound near Donetsk Airport and the village of Elenovka in Donetsk Oblast, eastern Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense states that the bombardment had stopped at 1:00 pm local time.

UN Political Director Rosemary Dicarlo also said he was concerned about the ceasefire breach in Ukraine reported in the last few hours and called on all concerned to curb action.
