Divorced, Roro Fitria Asks Andre Irawan not to make a living in installments

The panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court granted Roro Fitria’s divorce suit against Andre Irawan.

Another ruling stated that Andre Irawan was obliged to provide maintenance to Roro Fitria and the child whose custody fell into the hands of his ex-wife.

Roro Fitria asked her ex-husband not to make a living in installments, the amount of which had been determined by the panel of judges.

“I don’t want to be paid in installments because it’s not worth all the sacrifices and love of Nyai,” said Roro Fitria when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Tuesday (6/12/2022).

The woman who is familiarly called Nyai then poured out her heart that bears all the costs of marriage, childbirth, and domestic violence that she has received so far.

According to him, all these things can not be compared with the money that will be received.

“From the whole series of weddings, receptions, contracts, it’s all that is nyai. It’s not comparable to us, it’s not how good the material is, as well as all the money for childbirth,” said Roro Fitria.

“Nyai was hurt by verbal and non-verbal domestic violence for 9 months, that cannot be compared with money,” he continued.

Roro Fitria asked Andre Irawan to carry out the judges’ decision properly.

“So if the person concerned wants to pay in installments, Nyai laughs. So please, we carry out the judge’s decision as well as possible,” he concluded.

Previously, the panel of judges also decided that Andre Irawan must provide an iddah allowance of Rp. 15 million, and a mut’ah of Rp. 25 million.

“Punished the defendant to pay the plaintiff an iddah income of Rp. 15 million, mutah in the form of money in the amount of Rp. 25 million,” said Ahmad Yani, always the Chief Judge.

Then, Andre Irawan is obliged to support the child in the amount of IDR 5 million per month.

“Fifth, punish the defendant to provide alimony amounting to Rp. 5 million per month provided through the plaintiff (Andre Irawan) until the child reaches adulthood or chooses to be at least 21 years old outside of education and health costs. By raising 10 percent each year, ” closed Ahmad Yani.
