Dubai ∙ The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has launched a community survey to gauge the satisfaction of the services received by the users. The community happiness survey 2023 is seeking feedback online. The department informed that the authorities will collect the opinions of the users through the survey regarding the current and future goals related to the service measures of the department.
