Amber Heard’s attorney, Eileen Bredehaft, says her client cannot afford to pay the $10 million in damages awarded in the lawsuit brought by her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.
Pridehaft argued that social media posts “impacted” the jury in the lawsuit, arguing that “the jury could not escape the extreme and unbalanced social media frenzy.”
