The 86-year-old Pope developed shortness of breath and edema while addressing the UN Climate Summit in Dubai. The Pope uses a wheelchair, which makes it difficult for him to walk due to knee problems. He appeared in public on Wednesday but limited his speech, saying he was still unwell.
