The man has been in dispute for four years with the American company because his car has multiplied the problems. The Antwerp Court of Appeal agreed with him and confirmed the existence of serious shortcomings in driving comfort and safety, the newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws reported on Saturday.
In the columns of the newspaper, the customer lists the myriad of problems presented by his car and this, from the first day: defective sensors, untimely braking, defective display screen… So many problems which have been confirmed by an investigation carried out by experts.

In its judgment, the Court of Appeal also castigates the lack of collaboration from Tesla, which would not have provided the expert with the data relating to the vehicle, in particular.
The car manufacturer, forced to take back the disputed vehicle and reimburse 156,800 euros to its Belgian client, has decided to appeal to the Court of Cassation.
