Al-Marsad newspaper: Kuwaiti nutritionist Ali Al-Haddad revealed 8 dangers of sitting at home and not going out daily.

He explained in a video clip that this exposes the body to vitamin D deficiency due to lack of exposure to sunlight.

He added that sitting at home causes depression, as well as weight gain because the person eats and does not move.

Also, lack of activity and lethargy due to lack of movement, and a person also has difficulty sleeping due to depression and difficulty moving.

He stated that all of this leads to a general weakness in the immune system.

Al-Haddad gave advice on the necessity of going out and moving to a café or cinema, exercising, and not sitting at home.
