Through a post on his official Twitter account, Larry Hryb, better known as Major Nelson, director of Xbox programming, announced the launch of the Japanese edition of the site Xbox Wire, official page of the brand where the most important and relevant information is concentrated. As a friendly detail, Major Nelson made his publication in Japanese and informed the followers of the brand that on this site they will find information that has to do with the Japanese market.

Xbox and Japan: a rebuilding relationship
Although Xbox’s relationship with Japan had to be rebuilt from scratch by Phil Spencer, since the launch of Xbox Series X | S and with the constant promotion of Xbox Game Pass, the brand assures that the growth in that market is “phenomenal”.
In addition, the launch of Xbox Series X | S in Japan has been very good and is far from what happened with Xbox Oneconsoles that failed from the beginning to enchant the players of that country.
