In anticipation of his own beheading, the titular character in Georg Büchner’s (1813–1837) “Danton’s Death” says that the revolution is eating its children. The 2015 for their “Proletenpassion 2015 ff.” Nestroy-winning Linz director Christine Eder wants to reach out to the world with this classic drama on September 21st at the start of the new season at Linz’s Theater Phönix. In this house at the end of the 1990s, Eder began her career, which has now spread throughout the entire German-speaking world.
