In 2023, FPT records revenue of 52,618 billion VND, pre-tax profit of 9,203 billion VND, up 19.6% and 20.1% respectively over the same period last year, completing 101% of the revenue plan and 102% Profit plan proposed at the General Meeting of Shareholders. Profit following tax for parent company shareholders reached 6,470 billion VND, an increase of 21.8%, EPS (Earning Per Share) reached 4,666 VND/share, an increase of 21.3% compared to the previous year.
Foreign Information Technology Services officially reached the milestone of 1 billion USD in revenue
The Technology Sector (including Domestic IT Services and Foreign IT Services) continues to play a key role, contributing 60% of revenue and 45% of pre-tax profit of the entire Group, equivalent to VND 31,449 billion and 4,161 billion VND, growth of 22.1% and 23.6% respectively over the same period last year.
The year 2023 is historic for FPT when revenue from overseas IT Services officially exceeds the $1 billion mark, reaching 24,288 billion VND, an increase of 28.4%, pre-tax profit reaches 3,782 billion VND, an increase of 27,000 VND. 1% over the same period last year.
The key markets all maintain high growth momentum, especially the Japanese market, despite the devaluation of the Yen, still maintains a high growth momentum of 43.4% over the same period. This growth comes from the need to spend heavily on information technology, especially spending on digital transformation. Most recently, on December 16, the Company also signed two cooperation agreements with two Japanese enterprises, Yamato Holdings – a large Japanese goods circulation enterprise and TradeWaltz – an enterprise that owns Japan’s leading commercial information interactive platform.

The company also recorded many large orders from foreign markets, with newly signed revenue reaching 29,717 billion VND, an increase of 37.6% over the same period. Of these, there are 37 projects with a scale of over 5 million USD, showing a clearer shift in focus to large orders, confirming the effectiveness of FPT’s “whale hunting” strategy.
Thanks to efforts to promote cooperation with the government, ministries, foreign businesses and less affected economic sectors, Domestic IT Services recorded a revenue of 7,161 billion VND, an increase of 4.6 % and EBT reached 379 billion VND, a slight decrease of 2.6%. Thanks to its high applicability and focus on core technologies, the Made-by-FPT technology ecosystem witnessed a strong growth of 40.8%, bringing in revenue of 1,620 billion, continuing to play the role of a one of the Group’s key growth drivers in the long term.
The Telecommunications and Education sectors continue their sustainable growth momentum
Telecommunications services recorded revenue of 15,186 billion VND, an increase of 8.8% and profit before tax of 2,895 billion VND, an increase of 15.4%.
The sharp increase in demand for education in the information technology industry has contributed to boosting the revenue of FPT’s Education segment by 31% over the same period last year, reaching VND 6,159 billion.
