Dubai – Mubasher: Today, Friday, the Dubai Financial Market witnessed the implementation of 28 large direct transactions on the shares of 4 companies, with a value of up to 143.55 million dirhams.
Dubai Financial Market website data indicated that deals were executed on shares of Dubai Islamic Bank, Emaar Properties, Amanat Holding, and National Cement, with a total of 64.7 million shares.
The deals were divided into 7.82 million shares, worth 43.54 million dirhams, among Dubai Islamic Bank shares, while Emaar Properties 6.38 million shares, worth 48.91.
The data stated that 7 deals were executed on Amanat Holding shares, amounting to 50 million shares, worth 50 million dirhams, and 7 deals were executed on National Cement shares, worth 1.1 million dirhams, amounting to 0.47 million shares.
Direct large trades are trades that are executed outside the order book and do not affect the closing price of the company’s stock in question or the price index, nor do they affect the highest and lowest prices executed during the session and during the last 52 weeks.
It is noteworthy that the UAE financial markets witnessed, during the first five months of this year, the implementation of 61 large transactions on 1.62 billion shares (shares of 13 listed companies), with a value of 20 billion dirhams.
