I taught Suryakumar Yadav to bat, don’t forget that; Chahal to Kuldeep

Indian star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal’s antics are known to all Indian fans. Fans have not forgotten what Chahal showed after being given the task of handling the Twitter handle of Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.

The iconic celebration of the star lying on the ground after taking a wicket is also very popular with the fans. Apart from all this, Chahal entered the scene with an eccentricity. Chahal came after the second match of the India-Sri Lanka series.

Chahal was unable to play in the second match due to injury. Kuldeep Yadav, Chahal’s close friend and second in the Kulcha duo, was replaced. Kuldeep, who performed well in the match, was selected as the man of the match.

Chahal ‘revealed’ that he had taught Suryakumar Yadav to bat during their post-match conversation.

“Since I have been playing with the Indian team regularly in the white ball format, the inputs given by you helped me a lot. It was a post-Test match.

Even small inputs mattered. We haven’t played together in a while. But the advice you give from outside the field helped me a lot’ Kuldeep told Chahal.

I am Suryakumar Yadav’s batting coach. Now your bowling coach too, don’t forget,’ Chahal jokingly replied.

It was Kuldeep’s brilliant performance that gave India the win in the second ODI and also the series. The player took three wickets after conceding 51 runs in ten overs.

Kushal Mendis, Charit Asalanka and dangerous captain Dasun Shanaka were dropped by Kuldeep Yadav. In batting, the player scored ten runs without getting out directly from ten balls.

After winning the first match of the series, India took the series to their own after the second match.

The next match in the series is on January 15. Karivattam Greenfield Stadium is the venue.
