Riyadh – Mubasher: Najran Cement Company announced today, Sunday, the date of distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022.
The company clarified, in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul, that the distribution of profits will start from Wednesday, October 19, 2022, by direct transfer to bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios.
The company noted that the eligibility of dividends to shareholders owning shares at the end of trading on Thursday, October 6, 2022 (the maturity date), and those who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The company called on all shareholders to update their data and to ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited in their accounts with banks on the day of distribution.
The company previously announced The Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the first half From the fiscal year 2022, with a value of 42.5 million riyals, to be distributed among 170 million shares, at 0.25 riyals per share.
