And he indicated that a person can lose a kilo in a week when practicing breathing properly without dieting.

He explained that correct breathing is beneficial for those who suffer from thyroid gland, triglycerides, and cholesterol, indicating that psychiatric clinics advise correct breathing from the nose and filling the lungs to treat anxiety, depression and stress.

He advised the athletes to follow the correct breathing method to strengthen the muscles of the body, explaining that the correct breathing method is to take a deep breath from the nose and empty it slowly, and practice that for half an hour morning and evening at the window.
