STAVANGER, Norway (Archyde.com) – Russia will be flaring gas in the coming months as its domestic natural gas reserves fill up, International Energy Agency (IEA) director-general Birol said at a meeting here on Thursday. (Incineration disposal) is likely to increase.
Birol said Russia’s credibility as an energy supplier had been undermined by the invasion of Ukraine and cuts in natural gas exports. “Russia has not won the battle for energy,” he stressed.
