Smouha team tied 1-1 during the match that brought it with its counterpart the Arab Contractors this evening, Wednesday, in the 27th round of the league championship.
The Arab Contractors Club advanced with a goal scored by its player Faroqa Noureddine in the 33rd minute of the match, after the ball reached the penalty area of Smouha to enter the net.
Smouha responded quickly with a goal scored by his player, Siddiq Ogola, in the 35th minute, with a shot from outside the Arab Contractors penalty area.
Ogola’s friend missed the opportunity to score the second goal for Smouha in the 42nd minute when the header he sent went to the top of the goal after the ball passed from the hand of the Arab Contractors goalkeeper.
Smouha raised his score with this tie to the 40th point in fifth place in the league standings, while Al-Mokawloon raised his score to 24th point in 16th place.
