The Federal Council underestimated what its hesitation in sanctions once morest Putin’s Russia would trigger. An unusually large number of letters from citizens have arrived in the Federal Palace, according to sources close to them. Most people were outraged that the Federal Council did not immediately take harsh sanctions.
