In his speech, the President of the CENI was delighted to host this meeting. This, before praising its fair value, the work carried out by the ECF-SADC electoral observation mission carried out in the Democratic Republic of Congo, alongside others, during the general elections of December 20, 2023.
Denis Kadima on this same occasion welcomed with satisfaction the observations made, in particular, by the ECF-SADC electoral observation mission. Observations to improve, in certain areas, the electoral system in the DRC. Despite this, he acknowledged that the CENI is making progress.

It is worth remembering that it was two years ago that Denis Kadima was elected as ECF-SADC vice-president. He was also one of the founders in 1998 of this organization focused on electoral issues.
