Since the end of his Leuven adventure, Raphael Holzhauser was free to engage wherever he wanted. Here he is now at Swift Hesperange, reigning champion in Luxembourg.
Without a single minute of league play since the start of August, Raphael Holzhauser has had a very complicated last few months in Louvain. His lack of rhythm did not frighten the Swift Hesperange who made him his new recruit.

Among the current third places in the Luxembourg championship, the former Austrian international will find other well-known figures in Belgian football such as Geordan Dupire (ex-Mons, Namur, Virton), Anthony Sadin (ex-Union, RWDM, Virton), Wout De Buyser (arrived from Zulte Waregem, trained for four years at Standard), Luca Ferrara (arrived from RSCA Futures) or Charles Morren (ex-Union).
Second in the 2020 Golden Boot, Raphael Holzhauser will experience a fifth different championship in his career following Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
