The President and Massa, together for the agreement with the opposition

Alberto Fernández and Sergio Massa did not take long to agree on when, how and for what the call to the opposition will be. The head of the Chamber of Deputies arrived at the Quinta de Olivos to deal with the parliamentary agenda, but avoids putting himself in the place of mediator between the President and Cristina Kirchner, the third partner of the alliance. For this reason, the conversation focused on the agreements that can be reached from Congress with other political parties with the advancement of consensus projects.

They did not talk about the project that the Senate has just approved on the reform of the Council of the Judiciary. The head of the Deputies block, Germán Martínez, used social networks to ensure that his chamber has only four working days for the treatment, which means “very little time.” Without the formation of the commissions that should discuss it or the votes, Alberto Fernández and Sergio Massa preferred to ignore this issue. The leader of the Renovating Front also asked his partners not to play the role of mediator in the face of the strong dispute between the President and the Vice President. For this reason, yesterday morning they focused the talk on the call that the Tigrense will make to the opposition.

The call to agree on projects will be next week. These are issues that do not generate conflicts and that in an election year should be approved without inconvenience. It can also serve to show a Congress that is not paralyzed by the official internal ones. They mention agreements to transform social plans into employment plans, incentives for the lithium value chain, increase exports, protect the environment and fight drug trafficking.

The deputy seeks to impose an agenda that has nothing to do with criticism from one side and the other of the Front of All while staying on the sidelines and far from taking a position for either of the two sectors. Since the public resignations led by Eduardo “Wado” De Pedro after the electoral defeat, the leader of the Renovating Front managed not to move from the middle. During these two years he built a very close bond with Máximo Kirchner and talks with the Vice President, but he also accepts every invitation made to him from the Casa Rosada. For this reason, there are photos of Massa on the same day with the leaders who seem irreconcilable today. For him, as for most of the leaders, it is unknown where the FdT will go and there is a long time to define how to play.

albertists meeting

In the middle of the internship that it is going through, the Frente de Todos will have a photo to exhibit today, Saturday. They will be, for the most part, leaders in a column with Alberto Fernández, summoned by Agustín Rossi, who, despite his closeness to the President, continues to define himself as a Kirchnerist. So far, the officials who confirmed their presence in Rosario are Juan Zabaleta, Jorge Ferraresi, Matías Kulfas, with virtual participation, Vilma Ibarra, Cecilia Todesca, Guillermo Carmona. The president of the bloc of deputies of the coalition, Germán Martínez, will also attend the meeting.

From the organization they indicated that they expect the participation of 1,200 people, including leaders and militants, and clarified that the group led by Rossi, who is 15 years old, is a “Kirchnerist space in ideas and actions.”
